Travel to Morondava – Popular Gateway Town
Morondava is located in the delta of the Morandava River and is famous amongst other things for the spectacular Avenue of Baobabs.
Some 150 kilometres north of the town is the Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Kirindi Forest, a nature reserve located 60 kilometres from Morondava, is also worth a visit to see many of the local species of lemur as well as other plants and animals.
Others attractions include the bazaar, the Sakalava Tombs, and an Ostrich farm.
